Loan Signings

Certified Notary Signing Agent service for full loan packages.
Includes purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller-side closings.

📦 COURIER DROP-OFF SERVICES
We offer secure courier delivery of notarized documents to FedEx, UPS, or USPS locations. This service is available with or without a notary appointment. A prepaid shipping label or account number is required.
Standard Drop-Off
$25
Delivery of pre-labeled or prepaid documents to your preferred shipping carrier. Includes confirmation via photo or text.
💬 ADDITIONAL CHARGES
These charges only apply in specific situations such as urgent requests, no-shows, or extended time on-site. We are always upfront with pricing — any applicable fees will be confirmed prior to your appointment.
After-Hours Service
$25
Applies to appointments scheduled before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Signatures
$10
Applies when extra signatures or signers are added beyond what was scheduled or included in your selected service.
Extended Wait Time
$1 per minute
Charged after a 15-minute grace period if we are waiting due to delays beyond our control.
No-Show or Canceled on Arrival
$25 minimum
Charged if the signer is unavailable or the appointment is canceled after we have arrived on-site.
Printing Services
$0.25 per document
Applies when we are asked to print documents prior to your appointment.
📜 Texas Notarial Fees (Already Included in Our Rates)
These fees are set by the Texas Secretary of State and represent the maximum a notary may charge per notarial act. These charges are already included in all of our flat-rate services. We list them here for transparency and in case a standalone notarial act is requested without travel or additional services.
